The HTG Power Program is designed to develop lower body explosive power - speed and strength - and will get any Serious Athlete the results they are looking for.

This program has evolved over 50 years of intense gym  and field training; there is no alternative to 
"Do the Work."  This program can be executed 
two or three times a week depending on time available and the level of results desired.

Optimum results are gained by a combination of the HTG Power Program and the COMPEX Electronic Stim System.
